URBAN CAMP is a specialist class, is not currently in program

Urban Camp is a simple to follow yet challenging program for all fitness levels that will see you hop, skip, jump, run, punch, lift, pull and push, all before you take on the rest of the day’s challenges.   
 
 
When is it on?
  
Tuesday & Thursday 6:00am sharp
 
Remember, you get 2 x 45 minutes classes per week
 
How long does the class go for?
 
Classes run for 45 minutes and allows both beginners and advanced participants
to exercise together and be challenged.
 
You will work to your limits and achieve many goals.
 
What should I wear?
 
Good supportive joggers, comfortable shorts / singlet or t-shirt
or tights and t-shirt/crop top.

Please bring a large towel (not a hand towel), and water. 
 
I am not a member of GBF. Am I able to attend the class?
 
Non GBF members are able to participate in the Urban Camp Classes. Fee based
 
GBF members, the Urban class is included in your membership.
Payment is required with your booking to confirm your place in the class.
